How to Order
Phillips Screw Innovation accepts orders via our internet site shopping cart Phillips-screwinnovation.com 7 days a week, 24 hours per day; by phone to our Customer Service Department at 866.508.0289 Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM Eastern Time; or by mail to Phillips Screw Innovation LLC, 100 Crosby Drive, Suite 102, Bedford, MA 01730.

Payment can be made by PayPal; Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards
Shipping and Handling
All orders to Phillips Screw Innovation are shipped via UPS Ground within 2 business days of processing your order. Upon shipping your order, you will receive a UPS tracking number by Email to the email address that you provide with your order.
You may check the status of your order at any time by calling our Customer Service Department at 866.508.0289, Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM Eastern Time. If you have the UPS tracking number you can check the location of your order any time by going to UPS.com and selecting the Track Order feature.
Products are only shipped within the Continental United States.
Product Returns
Our Return Policy Basics:
- Merchandise must be returned within 90 days in unused, like-new condition in original packaging.
- Goods that use butane gas cartridges are the only exception to this policy, please contact Customer Service at 866.508.0289 for special return instructions. Federal regulations prohibit the mailing of articles containing flammable gases. If an article containing a butane cartridge is to be mailed DO NOT mail without contacting Customer Service at 866.508.0289.
- A copy of the packing slip must accompany all returns
- A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1 - 2 billing cycles
Returns Exceptions:
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of delivery by calling Customer Service at 866.508.0289, Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM Eastern Time
Warranties
Phillips Screw Innovation warrants all of its products against defects under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. If your product fails to perform satisfactorily because of defects in material or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Call Customer Service at 866.508.0289, Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM Eastern Time or email us at customerservice@phillips-screwinnovation.com.
Sales Tax
All applicable sales taxes will be applied to your order

IN NO EVENT SHALL PHILLIPS SCREW INNOVATION BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, HOWEVER CAUSED, OR FOR ANY PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER DAMAGES. ITS AGGREGATE LIABILITY HEREUNDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT RECEIVED FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER IN QUESTION, EXCLUSIVE OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.
